 The property is located close to the traditional white villages of Sedella and Canillas de Aceituno with all the amenities including a bank, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and weekly markets.

As well as being close to access into the sierras de tejeda almijara y alhama natural park, you can be eating fish on the beach of Torre del Mar in 35 mins and sightseeing in the city of Málaga in just over a one hours drive .

Casa Lisa is perfectly located, just off from the main mountain road. It has a private driveway with parking for a couple of vehicles and there is a small carport. From the driveway there is a flight of steps going up to one of the two roof terraces (5.4 x 4.2m) where there are great views of the Sierra Tejeda and Mount Maroma, the highest mountain in the Axarquia.

Back down the steps onto the parking area we go to the side of the property where there is a large store room (3.75 x 2.45m, which could easily be used as a study or another bedroom), a small patio area with a constructed BBQ and steps to the second roof terrace (4.3 x 4.15m), also featuring fantastic mountain and countryside views .

From the small patio area you can access the garden situated at the back of the property where there is a raised seating area. This pathway goes all the way around to the front of the property where there is a sun terrace and a gated entrance to the covered patio. From the front terrace the pathway leads us back to the kitchen door with, to the right of the kitchen, a further store room /boot room. 



Entering the house through the back/kitchen door we step into the fully fitted kitchen (2.95 x 2.20m) and from there innto the hallway (5.90 x1m). Turning right we go through to the open plan dining room and lounge area (9.50 x 3.25m) with a rustic brick arch, beamed ceilings and overhead fans. There is also an attractive stone fireplace with a log burning stove. A double door from the lounge gives access to the covered patio (24m2).



Turning left into the hallway from the kitchen takes us to the bedrooms and bathrooms: a family bathroom (2.95 x 1.90m) with jacuzzi bath and vanity sink unit with storage, a guest bedroom (3.10 x 3.50m) with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, a shower room (1.05 x 2.40m) and the master bedroom (5.46 x 3.55m) with fitted wardrobes and again a ceiling fan. 



As the property is situated in a community of seven properties called 'Los Olivos' you can enjoy the use of the large communal pool and surrounding terrace and garden area in the summer months. 

Under the outside terrace there is a water deposito that can be filled with spring water from the well which is owned by the community. 



There is a € 500 community charge for the maintenance of the communal pool and gardens per year.
