Infinity House presents a wonderful VILLA in the Piverd area of Javea.
When I visited it for the first time, I immediately felt at ease, both inside and out, perhaps because of the neutral style of the furniture that makes you feel that you have chosen it, and the feeling that everything flows out onto a huge terrace and culminates in the best views of the Montgó natural park.

The main floor is accessed through a large entrance door leading to the entrance hall. From here you can go through to the guest toilet. There is another generously sized room currently used as a music room which can be converted into a second bedroom also with fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace.
Finally, we move on to the living area: a unique and bright space that encompasses the living room, dining room and kitchen (fully equipped), ideal for relaxing in front of the Methanol fireplace, reading a book, with friends or moving to the lounge and cooking, enjoying the best views of the area.
The kitchen allows direct access to the terrace with barbecue area and laundry area, culminating in a large garage with capacity for two large cars and a couple of motorbikes.
Now it is time to move on to the part of the house that connects us to the outside: the terrace.
Spacious, with unbeatable views from which you can decide whether to sunbathe or dive into the 10x5 pool and swim a little, a privilege that makes all the difference.
If we return to the entrance hall, we find a concrete staircase that leads us to the upper floor which consists of two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and access to the terraces. In this part of the house the views are spectacular.
The outside area is surrounded by fruit trees, olive, lemon and palm trees, garden, automatic irrigation system and a printed concrete parking area, an easy to maintain complex.
If I had not entered this VILLA, I would never have imagined that it would be the perfect house to live in, for large families or simply for those people who want to have everything under control without leaving anything to chance, enjoy comfort, views and proximity to all the services that Javea has to offer.
