The five municipalities that make up the DO Binissalem are Santa Maria del Camí, Consell, Binissalem, Santa Eugènia and Sencelles. The administrative heart of the denomination is Binissalem there are cellers with in the villages and many more in the countryside which are open to the public to visit and which offer tastings.
