The bathroom consists of a WC, basin shower tray and bidet. To the other side of the kitchen a door gives access to a room used as a bedroom, from here the stairs give access to the first floor. The top of the stairs lead to a good sized room with a doorway to an adjoining room. Whilst not a large house, it could make a nice property with rental potential. There is a small area of flat land round the house but the majority is sloping. A small building attached to one side of the property used to house the bread oven, but would make a great store room. An old access road could be re-opened to give access directly down to the rambla close to a popular bar.
