This vineyard has a total area of 21.496 m² and is located just outside the nice village of Santa Margalida. Here you can fulfil your long-cherished wish to produce your own wine and become a hobby winemaker. At the moment the vineyard is cultivated by an established service provider, but can then be done on one's own.

The first grape harvest is expected this year. An own well supplies the vineyard optimally with water. On this plot there is the possibility to build a bodega or a country house of about 220 m² plus 40 m² of covered terraces, plus pool and open terrace areas.

The plot is composed of 3 plots.

2.114 Monastrell,
1.626 Viognier and
1.260 Chardonnay

The village of Santa Margalida is a pretty village in the northeast with about 3,500 inhabitants and has all the necessary services and leisure facilities all year round. The beach of Playa de Muro is only 10 minutes away.
